Our service is to facilitate and advocate on your behalf using our knowledge of airline processes and policies.

Any fees paid to SureFlight Booking are for our consultancy time and expertise only and are separate from any fees charged by airlines or third parties. Airline fees and charges are additional and payable directly to the respective airline.

11Service Fees & Refund Policy

SureFlight Booking charges service fees for consultancy work undertaken on behalf of clients. These fees are disclosed prior to commencing any paid work. Service fees are non-refundable once the consultancy work has commenced, as they represent payment for time and expertise regardless of the airline's final decision.

In the event that SureFlight Booking is unable to begin work on a submitted request due to circumstances entirely within our control, a full refund of any service fee collected will be issued within 5–7 business days.

Airline refunds, credits, or fee waivers obtained on your behalf are separate from our service fees and are subject to each airline's own policies and timelines, which are outside our control.

12Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SureFlight Booking excludes all representations, warranties and conditions relating to our website and the use of this website. Nothing in this disclaimer will:
