How much do you charge?
We charge a flat consultancy fee per service request. The fee varies by service type and is always communicated upfront before we begin any work. There are no hidden charges. You will know exactly what you pay before we start.
Are you affiliated with any airline?
No. SureFlight Booking is fully independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any airline. We work as a third-party consultancy that contacts airlines on your behalf to resolve your ticket issues.

Which countries do you serve?
We primarily serve travelers in the United States, United Kingdom, and Singapore. However, we can assist travelers from other countries on a case-by-case basis for most major airlines worldwide.
How long does a name correction take?
Our team requires a minimum of 48 hours after all documents are submitted. Airlines typically confirm within 24–72 business hours depending on the carrier. We recommend submitting requests at least 5 days before departure.
Can I get a refund for a medical emergency?
Most major airlines have medical waiver policies. We submit compassionate review requests on your behalf with the correct documentation. Important: do not cancel online first, as this applies standard fare rules automatically. Contact us before taking any action.
Is my personal information safe?
